RIP Chivalry

Alrighty Girls! So we've got the blog up and running and now we can start posting and wahoo and such. So for my first post I'm going to take a differnt turn from Susie's story and drum roll please. Complain. Cause yo' that's what I'm good at, supposedly. Anyhow one of the reasons I wanted to start this blog post up with the idea of one of our fellow girls is that guys are not how they are publized. Like whatever happend to helping a girl pick up her books when she drops them, or helping a girl up when she falls, or opening up a car door, or holding open a door, or simply picking up a dropped pencil. WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT! What happened. It makes me so mad just thinking about it. I have dropped my pen sooo many times in class and nobody has ever helped me retrieve it. Not even when it bounces two rows down! Two rows I say. And people just watch it, and point it out to me when I go to get it. I mean come on. Are you really that fat and lazy that you can't scoot your butt off your chair for one second to help me. But ohhh look you can help that girl whos bra's sticking out of her shirt with a nose ring. Yep. Yep. Typical. Just as typical as the song bad girl by cab. I HATE that song. But oh well. So to sum up my angry rant. In two words or four or whatever: R.I.P Chivalry. Cause its dead now. Thanks to the 21st century boys. Thanks alot guys. You killed it. Its dead. Bang. pOp GoEs tHe WeAsAl. Yeah the last one didn't make sense. Whatever. Anyhow. Any comments. Or wrongs? Tell me about them in the comments! Didn't know you could do that did you? Comment. Well you can. Just like facebook! Exciting stuff. Alrighty I'm going to go to sleep now. Peace.

  1. I would say around 95% of the guys don't even know what chivalry is. But hey, 5% of guys still out there are gentlemen, you just have to share that 5% with about 100% of the women population :)but give them a chance.
P.S. I agree with the Bad Girl song. Horrible.

  2. Right that song is absolutly terrible. It just goes to show how men really are. And hmmm I suppose that that five percent isn't in my town. Ahh... two years to go. Two years. -Rose

  3. Hahahaha! I absolutely love this! So true. Its not even funny how terrible the guys act anymore. Well, I take that back, it is funny, but that's not the point. The point is that guys need to act more mature and respect girls like they are supposed to. They wonder why we always watch the super frilly chick flicks. Its because the guys in the movies act like they are supposed to. Alright I'm done. :)
